6 week Owl mindfulness and Well-Being Course
Description
Early intervention in young peoples mental health is so critical. This is unique opportunity for weekly session building confidence, awareness, coping strategies, self calming skills and mindfulness. Animals have long been associated with assisting humans offering unconditional and non judgmental interactions. 6 week structured group course for children aged 10-16. Each session comprises of a walk in nature with an owl for approx 1 hour.
£30 per person. Please contact me before booking for availability and dates.
Only 4 places available and minimum of 3 to run the course.
This can also be done with adults.

Session 1 - Sat 7th Jan 11am
Session 2 - Sun 8th Jan 11am
Session 3 - Sat 14th Jan 11am
Session 4 - Sat 21st Jan 11am
Session 5 - Sat 28th Jan 11am
Session 6 - Sat 4th Feb 11am
The first course on these dates will be run on an introductory offer of £25 per session instead of £30. Full payment in advance.
Venue will be local nature reserves around Mendips.
