Our healthcare visits are thoughtfully designed to be calm, respectful, and supportive of both human and animal wellbeing. We operate a strictly no-touch, restraint-free policy, ensuring that every experience prioritises choice, trust, and emotional safety. Rather than hands-on interaction, visits focus on observation, connection, and presence. Watching an owl move, rest, or fly naturally can be deeply grounding and therapeutic, offering moments of quiet joy, curiosity, and reflection without pressure or expectation. This approach allows individuals to engage at their own comfort level while ensuring the owls remain relaxed, confident, and in control. By removing touch and restraint, we create an environment rooted in compassion, dignity, and respect — one that aligns with modern wellbeing practices and trauma-informed care. These visits are about shared calm, gentle wonder, and meaningful connection, where simply being present is more than enough.
Hourly visits start from £100 for 1 hour.
Travel costs 0 to 10 miles - £20
10 miles or more from BA6 8JN are charged at £30 hourly rate.

“Owl Enlightenment was a fantastic experience .I would recommend to everyone. Everything was so well organised from insurance to risk assessment. Michelle told us about the owls and also about the amazing work she does with special needs and the hospice .The residents felt as ease and able to ask Michelle lots of questions and we certainly learnt a lot. After the event had finished everyone was so relaxed and spoke about the visit for an hour after they had gone. Well worth a visit ,I can't give them enough praise and recommend them highly enough .Amazing thank you”

“The entire hospice is still talking about your visit and what an amazing impact it had on our patients, families and also staff.
As soon as we set eyes on the owls we all expressed just how calm it felt and I know that our patients and their families also commented just how relaxing it was for them and such an overwhelming feeling of calmness. In view of some of our patients experiencing symptoms such as physical and emotional pain your visit really helped the overall wellbeing of our patients. It was also lovely that younger children/Grandchildren were visiting family members who are patients so they too were able to benefit from the impact of your visit.
