“This is an amazingly rare and precious opportunity to spend time with incredible creatures in the presence of someone who knows all there is to know about owls. Sitting for a long period with an owl is something us and our participants will never forget. The therapeutic value of this activity cannot be understated. Everyone dropped into a deep sense of calm and connectedness and some have even felt better able to access that space after the experience was over. Highly recommended!”

- What is Owl Assisted Activity?
The owls can be brought to you if needed.
Animals provide an easy nonverbal and non judgemental environment and can promote responsibility and social functioning. Owls can help build positive social skills and relationships in a variety of ways. Owls promote empathy and compassion that teaches care for another living creature. Children can translate these skills into their day-to-day interactions with other people. For children who are shy or have a hard time in social settings, animals be a great starting point to get them comfortable with social interactions.
